The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:33 PM.

Call Open Session to Order, Moment of Silence and Land Acknowledgment 

The Mayor called the meeting to order at 6:33PM and asked everyone to observe a moment of personal reflection.

The Mayor acknowledged the traditional territories of the Mississaugas of Scugog Island First Nation and recognized the contributions of First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples to the community, the province and the country.

The Clerk confirmed attendance to verify a quorum was present.

Mayor Wotten provided opening comments discussing rules of the meeting and decorum, and provided an overview of tonight's meeting.

Andrew Biggart, of Ritchie Ketcheson Hart & Biggart, Solicitor for Avenu Properties provided a delegation regarding his clients MZO request. 

Andrew Biggart requested a full deferral from Committee for a full month time on the MZO request from Avenu Properties.

A video was displayed regarding Wastewater Treatment by Zack Gallagher Natural System Utilities (NSU), in relation to Avenu Properties MZO request.

A second video was displayed regarding Wastewater Treatment by Rick Petrosino, Natural System Utilities (NSU), in relation to Avenu Properties' MZO request.
